
Profiteroles in a multicooker
Description
This recipe won't take much time. Any cream is fine for filling profiteroles. You can pipe them with whipped cream or boiled-condensed-milk cream (dulce de leche filling). I used the second option.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour water into the saucepan, add the butter, and sprinkle in the salt.

Heat everything until the butter has fully melted. Gradually add the flour in batches.

Mix the dough well with a spoon.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with a fork. Gradually pour them into the dough, stirring it constantly and thoroughly. Spoon the dough into the multicooker inner pot and select the “Bake” program. Cook the profiteroles for 60–80 minutes.

In a saucepan, bring the milk, sugar, and 1.5 tbsp flour to the boil until thickened. Pour the custard into a bowl, add the cocoa and mix.

Fill the prepared profiteroles with the prepared cream.
