Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. You can serve the finished profiteroles at the table as soon as they are ready. If you don’t like onion, leave it out of the ingredients. Any other liver will work in place of chicken liver.

    Prepare the ingredients.

    Place the butter in the water and melt it.

    Add the salt and flour.

    Mix everything thoroughly.

    Beat in the chicken eggs one at a time.

    Using a spoon, place the dough on the baking sheet.

    In a frying pan heat the vegetable oil. Add the liver and onion. Fry everything together for 10 minutes.
