Description

The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. The "Plombir" cream has a very delicate consistency. It pairs perfectly with choux pastry. To make the dessert delight with its flavor, be sure to chill the cream before piping, and then let the pastries rest well in the refrigerator. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
