Profiteroles with salmon

Homemade pastry for tea. If you do not know what could elegantly dress up a festive table, here is an idea for a very beautiful and tasty appetizer—profiteroles with salmon. Almost everyone loves salmon, and in this form, with cheese cream—it always disappears in no time. And purely from a visual standpoint, such an appetizer usually looks very impressive on the table. It can be served with tea or coffee.

    First, prepare choux pastry. Combine boiled water, oil, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil again, then add flour and stir vigorously until smooth. Let cool for about 5–10 minutes, then beat in the eggs (one at a time), stirring constantly.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pipe profiteroles onto it using a piping bag. In principle, the shape is only for appearance, so you can simply spoon them on instead.

    Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

    Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Whip the cream in one bowl and the cream cheese in another, then combine the two mixtures. Season with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices and crushed garlic.

    Add chopped herbs to the filling.

    Take ready-made profiteroles, cut off their tops, and fill them with the filling.

    Slice the red fish into thin slices and roll into a rose shape, as shown in the photo.
