
Profiteroles made from puff pastry
Description
This recipe will not take much time. Profiteroles are simply perfect for any appetizers. You can fill them with salads, cream cheese and salmon, pâtés, assorted snacks, cheeses, cottage cheese, or berries. Everyone will enjoy this version—in just a few minutes your profiteroles will be ready. Be sure to note: Baking is done. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients. Take the dough out of the freezer in advance.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly. Then cut out small rounds, for example using a glass. Preheat the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and grease it with oil. Place the round pieces on the baking sheet.

Brush the shaped pieces with beaten egg yolk. Place the baking sheet in the oven.

Bake the profiteroles for 12–15 minutes, adjusting for your oven. When serving, fill the profiteroles with any filling you like.
