Festive Pike-Perch
Description
Festive pike-perch is one of my favorite dishes because it's easy to prepare, and you can use any ingredients for the filling. Here's my recipe:
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Clean the fish, remove all the bones, but do not cut the skin along the back. You should end up with fillets still attached to the skin.
- 2
Step 2

Place the pike-perch carcass skin-side down, season with salt and your favorite spices. Place a sheet of nori on top.
- 3
Step 3

For the filling, mix peas, carrots, and cherries.
- 4
Step 4

Add the cream cheese, season with salt, and mix.
- 5
Step 5

Place the filling on top of the nori sheet and carefully spread it evenly over the fish.
- 6
Step 6

Using plastic wrap, tightly roll the fish into a roll. Wrap in foil and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

When the fish is baked, let it rest for a few minutes in the foil, then cut it into pieces.
- 8
Step 8

Serve the fish with vegetables.
