Festive meat roll
Description
Incredibly delicious roll made with pork and chicken mince and plenty of spices. Here, the pork and chicken mince are not mixed together but layered, with spices placed between the layers. When sliced, it looks very attractive and can be served at festive occasions. If you don't like any particular spice, simply omit it. You can choose the spice mix according to your taste. Pork can be substituted with beef, but in that case, add a little more broth to the mince. The roll can be served warm, but it slices better when cooled.
