Description

1. Line the molds with plastic wrap. These can be either silicone molds or regular metal ones. Size is up to your taste.

2. Cut the fish into strips.

3. Arrange the salmon strips in the dish in a cross pattern.

4. Grate the cheese and add it to the cream cheese.
