1. Peel the potatoes, boil them, and mash into a smooth puree.

2. Mix all the spices and herbs with the mashed potatoes to make the filling.

3. Roll the dough into 6 identical balls, slightly flatten them with your hands, and place the filling on each. Seal the dough around the filling and reshape into balls again.

4. Fry the balls in vegetable oil until they turn a nice golden color.
