Walnut praline with honey
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Praline (from the French "praline") is a traditional French dessert in the form of candies made from nuts roasted in sugar. This dessert is named after the French confectioner Plessis-Pralin, who created a treat from ground almonds and other nuts mixed with candied honey, chocolate pieces, and coated in caramelized sugar. Today, praline is used in various desserts, as fillings, and for decorating pastries, cakes, and ice cream. Serve chilled.
