
Healthy peach casserole
Description
The bake is simple and quick to make. The casserole turns out hearty; peaches complement it beautifully and add juiciness. You can serve the casserole garnished with peach slices, or with sour cream or date syrup. Instead of peaches, you can use apricots or other fruit.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for a healthy (PP) peach casserole. Wash the fruit thoroughly and dry them well.

Place the cottage cheese, cornmeal, and eggs in a bowl.

Place the sour cream and honey in a bowl and mix well until smooth. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Remove the pits from the peaches and dice them, add to the cottage cheese mixture, and stir to combine.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, transfer the cottage cheese mixture into it, and spread it out evenly.

Bake the casserole in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 25–35 minutes, until done. After the time has elapsed, remove the baking dish with the casserole from the oven, cool completely, and serve.
