Prepare the ingredients. Preheat the oven, set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Place 200 grams of cottage cheese into a bowl, add an egg and a sugar substitute.

Add the flour, mix everything well.

Form the flatbreads, place them on a baking sheet. Make an indentation in each flatbread.
