
Healthy tiramisu
Description
The base of the dessert will be crispbreads. You can choose any type you like. Lightly moisten the crispbreads with coffee. For the cream, we'll use a mixture of cottage cheese and yogurt, which will taste delicious. As a sweetener, you can use a sugar substitute. Serve this dessert with a cup of coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients. Choose dense, dry crackers, preferably without additives. Select the fat percentage of cottage cheese and yogurt according to your taste.

Place the cottage cheese in a bowl, immediately add yogurt and any sugar substitute to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well. You can blend with a blender until smooth.

Brew the coffee and soak the crackers in it. Alternatively, you can simply break the crackers into small pieces, place them in a container, and pour a small amount of coffee over them.
