Healthy plum pie
Description
A pie made with oat flour and plums will not turn out as fluffy as one made with wheat flour, but it will be more filling. Serve it with hot drinks or warm milk; you can replace the milk with kefir. Remember that oat flour must swell in the batter before baking, otherwise it will settle to the bottom. The baked good is ready. Serve it to the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the specified ingredients.

Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor or mixer. Add erythritol and salt there as well. Beat for about 4–5 minutes until fluffy foam forms.

Step 3

Stir in the oat flour and baking powder. Be sure to add the baking powder so the pie doesn’t turn out too flat. Let the batter rest for 20 minutes so the oat flour can swell.

Step 4

Grease the pan with vegetable oil and place the batter into it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Arrange the plum halves in the batter and place the pan in the oven.

Step 5

Bake the pie until golden brown for about 20 minutes. Check doneness with a wooden skewer and remove from the oven. Then remove from the pan.

Step 6

Cut into pieces and serve the pie warm or cooled; it is delicious either way.
