Healthy pizza in a skillet
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Even a whole healthy pizza won’t make you gain weight, because it’s made from natural, not too caloric ingredients. The dish will be liked in taste even by children, who you simply cannot force to eat oatmeal or zucchini. Believe me, they’ll even ask you for seconds. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Pre-cook the chicken meat by baking or boiling it until done.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the zucchini in water, grate it using a fine-grated grater into a deep bowl and salt it. Let it sit for 5 minutes so that the grated pieces release their juice. Drain the juice.
- 3
Step 3

Add quick-cooking oatmeal flakes or replace them with oat flour.
- 4
Step 4

Crack a chicken egg into the container and mix everything thoroughly. Let it sit for 5–6 minutes so that the flakes swell.
- 5
Step 5

Heat a skillet with vegetable oil and spread the entire zucchini mixture onto it, smoothing it out, rounding. Reduce the heat and fry on one side for about 2–3 minutes until golden brown. Meanwhile, rinse the tomatoes and separate the chicken meat.
- 6
Step 6

Flip the low‑calorie pizza base to the other side using a wide spatula.
- 7
Step 7

Spread the base with ketchup or low‑fat mayonnaise.
- 8
Step 8

Lay out the sliced tomatoes and chicken meat.
- 9
Step 9

Grate the hard cheese on a fine-grated grater, then layer tomatoes and meat on top. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the dish for about 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- 10
Step 10

Turn off the heat and remove the lid from the container.
- 11
Step 11

Place the PP pizza on a plate, cut it into portions, and serve it warm.
