Description
The sauce has a bright, distinctive flavor similar to traditional mayonnaise. The amount of sauce is sufficient for preparing a large salad serving for the whole family.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making diet mayonnaise.

Boil the eggs hard, then cool them in cold water. Peel and separate the yolks from the whites. We won't need the whites for this recipe.

Transfer the egg yolks to a suitable bowl and mash them with a fork.

Add the mustard and mix it with the yolks.

Add sour cream, salt, and ground black pepper.
