Description
The recipe won't take much time. The base is chicken fillet and mushrooms, use low-fat sour cream, and add a little cheese, preferably 35-40% fat content. You can use any spices. Serve the jambalaya with rice or fresh vegetables. Serve hot.

Rinse the chicken fillet and dry it, then cut into small pieces. Rinse the mushrooms and dry them, then cut into small pieces.

Dilute the sour cream with warm water and add spices to taste.

In a skillet, heat a little water, then add the chicken, mushrooms, and onion. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
