Description

This recipe won't take much time. It's very convenient to bake bread in a ceramic baking dish or a mug. In the same dish you can knead the dough and bake the bread in the microwave. With the baked bread you can assemble a hamburger or slice it and use it for sandwiches. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Prepare the ingredients for making bread. If you are missing any flour, you can replace that amount with any other gluten-free flour—for example buckwheat, soy, coconut, or oat. You can make flax meal by grinding flax seeds in a coffee grinder. Warm the kefir slightly in the microwave for 30 seconds.

    To make bread in the microwave, use a dish made of glass, ceramic, silicone, plastic, or paper. Lightly grease the dish with coconut oil.

    Crack an egg into a bowl and mix it gently with a fork. Pour in warm kefir and stir.

    Combine corn flour, chickpea flour, and rice flour. Sift through a sieve into the pan with the egg.
