Healthy Burger
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. My version of a meat-free burger that is still quite filling, thanks to the avocado and chicken egg. This version is no less tasty than one with meat. But if you are a big meat lover, you can add a baked chicken or turkey patty instead of the boiled egg. Serve with fresh herbs and sauce.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making healthy burgers.
- 2
Step 2

Let's start by preparing the dough. Crack 1 chicken egg into a bowl, add about half a teaspoon of salt and warm kefir, and mix.
- 3
Step 3

Add psyllium and mix.
- 4
Step 4

Pour in the vegetable oil.
- 5
Step 5

Add the whole wheat flour and baking powder.
- 6
Step 6

Knead a soft dough. Cover with a clean towel and let it "rest" for 10-15 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

From the resulting dough, shape 4 balls of equal size. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 8
Step 8

Fry lightly in a small amount of vegetable oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake the prepared portions in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Take out the ready-made buns and let them cool. Then cut them in half.
- 10
Step 10

For the cream, transfer the ripe avocado to a bowl, add salt and lemon juice.
- 11
Step 11

Mash the avocado with a fork, add cream cheese and sour cream, and mix.
- 12
Step 12

Also for the burger filling, peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them into rounds. Slice the tomatoes into rounds as well, and tear the lettuce leaves into pieces.
- 13
Step 13

Assemble the burger: spread avocado cream on one half of the bun, then add a couple of egg slices, tomato, and a lettuce leaf. Then add more cream, a lettuce leaf, and tomato again. Top with the other half of the bun. Serve the burgers immediately!
