Healthy zucchini brownies

Description

The recipe won’t take much time. When serving the chocolate cake, don’t forget to brew fragrant tea or coffee. If you like, you can use the chocolate not as a soak but as a glaze and pour it over the brownies, then let them cool in the refrigerator for 30–40 minutes. You can serve with tea or coffee.

    Prepare the specified ingredients.

    Wash the zucchini in water, trim off the ends and grate them on a coarse grater into a deep bowl. Salt them, leave for 10 minutes, then drain off the liquid that has formed, squeezing out all of the mixture.

    Place the mixture in a deep container suitable for an immersion blender. Crack the chicken eggs into the same container and add granulated sugar. Purée for about 2–3 minutes.

    Add the oat flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Beat everything thoroughly once more. Then let the batter rest for 15–20 minutes so the oat flour can absorb liquid and soften, especially if it is coarsely ground.

    Grease the pan with butter or oil and pour the prepared batter into it. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and put the pan in the oven. Bake the brownies for about 30–35 minutes, checking for doneness with a wooden skewer. It should come out dry from the center of the cake.

    Place the broken chocolate in a small bowl and pour in the milk. Heat in the microwave for about a minute and stir. Pour it over the brownie from above so it soaks in.

    Carefully unmold by cutting around with a knife. Cut into portions and serve.
