Prepare the ingredients. Wash the grapes and dry them. If you don't have oat flour, grind quick-cooking oat flakes in a coffee grinder until they turn into flour.

Add egg, salt, and sugar to the bowl with cottage cheese. If your cottage cheese is lumpy, mash it beforehand.

Mix the cottage cheese with egg, sugar, and salt, then start adding oat flour. I take it like this, heaping.

Making dumplings for the first time and don't know what consistency the dough should be? Then add 3 tablespoons of flour and mix.

The dough should be soft and sticky. Shape it into a ball the size of a walnut; it should hold its shape and not spread out. If necessary, add a little more flour.

Sprinkle the table or cutting board with the remaining flour, divide the dough into two parts and roll into sausages. Cut into pieces, the diameter of which depends on the size of the grape berries.
