Rhubarb jam
Description
A simple way to make preserves for later. I grow rhubarb at my dacha, and I make jam from it. Many of my friends grow rhubarb too, but for some reason none of them make jam from it. And that's a shame—rhubarb jam turns out very tasty, sweet enough but with the characteristic tang of this vegetable. It's simple and budget-friendly (even if you don't grow rhubarb, you can buy it—in season it's very cheap at the markets), yet at the same time original and unusual: put a jar of this rhubarb jam on the table and you'll undoubtedly surprise everyone at the meal. Give it a try :) Here's the recipe to help you. Serve at the table or store in the pantry.
