Melon and Apple Jam

Description

Homemade preserves keep for a long time. Melon and apple jam is an excellent filling for pies. It is thick, vibrant, and does not run. It will look wonderful in an open pie too! Use ripe or even overripe melon for the jam. You can use different apple varieties to add a little variety to our bouquet of flavors. The ingredients listed in the recipe will yield 1 kg of jam. Store in a cool, dark place.
