Vegan fish pie
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. Dissolve yeast in warm water, add salt, sugar, and vegetable oil. Gradually add flour, kneading thoroughly until forming a firm, rollable dough. Let it rise in a warm place for 1.5–2 hours. Cook rice in salted water until half-done. Remove large bones from the fish and mash it. Sauté finely chopped onion in vegetable oil until golden. Add the rice to the onion and simmer for 2 minutes. Mix the rice and onion with the fish. Roll out two-thirds of the dough. Grease the baking form and line it with the rolled dough, forming edges. Place the fish, rice, and onion filling onto the dough. Roll out the remaining dough and use it to cover the filling, sealing the edges. Bake at 200°C until a crust forms. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
