Lenten pie
Description
The baked goods come together quickly and easily. An excellent fasting pie pairs well with tea or coffee. Orange juice substitutes nicely for butter, eggs, sour cream, and other rich ingredients. You can buy it ready-made or squeeze it from oranges yourself. The pie turns out tasty and fragrant with a citrus note. Serve warm or chilled. Especially good with tea.
