Prepare all the ingredients.

Slice the onion into thin half‑rings and sauté in a pan until soft.

Finely slice the spinach.

Blend tofu, nutritional yeast, salt, and vegan mayonnaise in a blender. Add a little water until creamy. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Lay the dough in the pan, greasing each layer with butter; only 4–5 sheets are enough. Also grease the edges.

Mix the tofu, fried onion, and spinach mixture in a bowl. Place the mixture into a baking dish. Bake the pie for 25 minutes at 170 °C.
