Vegan Mushroom Pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. Here is a simple recipe for a vegan mushroom pie. Actually, I bought artificial cream once, and I didn't really like it, so I used it to decorate this pie, just to give it some purpose. However, you don't necessarily need to buy it specifically for this recipe—you could, for example, garnish the top with basil leaves or layer crackers on top of the mushroom filling. Use your imagination, and I wish you good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Step 1

1. First, we'll sauté the chopped tofu with onion in a pan, then blend it together with peanut butter and boiled potato until it resembles a pâté. Add peas and spices, mix well, and spread the mixture at the bottom of the baking dish.

2. Now, in the same skillet, sauté the mushrooms, then add wine, soy sauce, spices, and starch. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat until thickened. Pour the sauce and mushrooms over the "pâté" in the baking dish.
