The recipe won't take much time. This pie is suited not only to vegetarians and those fasting but also to everyone who loves fragrant, flavorful, nourishing baked goods. It is extraordinarily easy to make from the most ordinary ingredients that every household has on hand. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare the ingredients for making the pie.

Put the dried fruit in a bowl and pour hot water over it. Let stand for 10–15 minutes. I’m using dried apricots, prunes, dried cherries, and raisins.

Prepare the dough for the pie. Put the flour and cinnamon into a bowl.

Add sugar and honey.

Pour refined sunflower oil and strong tea.
