Vegan marmalade

Description
The jelly has a firm, springy texture but is not rubbery. For this recipe, I used peach juice—you can use any other fruit or berry juice. Adjust the amount of sugar to your taste; start with 1 tablespoon and add gradually. If the jelly is not firm enough, reheat the mixture and add more agar-agar.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Dissolve agar-agar in 40 ml of juice.

Over medium heat, warm the remaining juice together with the sugar. When the sugar has completely dissolved, add the agar-agar and boil the mixture for 5 minutes.

Then pour into molds. Put the jelly in the refrigerator to set for 2 hours.
