Nevertheless, it closely resembles mayonnaise in taste, color, and consistency. The thickness of this vegan mayonnaise depends on the quality of the sunflower oil. And even if a spoon doesn't stand upright in your sauce, it will still be thick enough to dress a salad. The sauce is very easy and quick to prepare. It's perfect served with pasta, meat, and vegetables.
