Vegan cake
Description
I'm baking a cake in a multicooker. If you don't have one, bake it in the oven. Don't worry about the smell or taste of the brine. If you don't tell anyone, no one will ever guess it's in the baked good. The cake turns out sweet and delicious, with a pleasant aroma, just as a dessert should be. You can serve it with honey or jam. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1
Pour the brine (from any vegetables) into a bowl, and be sure to strain it to remove any small dill seeds and other vegetable particles.

Step 2
Add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar to the brine, mix well. Pour in 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Step 3
Sift the flour and gradually add it in portions to the brine, mix with a mixer, and add the baking soda at the very end.

Step 4
Grease the inner pot of the multicooker with the remaining vegetable oil and pour in the batter.

Step 5
Set the "Baking" mode and time for 1 hour, cook until the program ends, then open the lid and remove the cake. Place it back into the bowl with the other side facing down and bake for another 20 minutes.

Remove the finished cake from the bowl, let it cool slightly, and serve with tea.
