Vegan mushroom julienne

Description
Vegetarian julienne with mushrooms is simple and quick to prepare. You will need mushrooms, onion, vegetarian mayonnaise, and a little flour. Use any mushrooms you like; I used button mushrooms.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Dice the onion.

Sauté the onion in vegetable oil until soft — 3-4 minutes.

Add the mushroom slices, sauté with the onion for another 6-7 minutes, and add spices to taste.

Dust with flour, mix.

Add vegan mayonnaise.

Pour in a little water and simmer for a couple of minutes over low heat.

Place the mushrooms with sauce into ramekins and bake the julienne for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
