Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Pour warm water into a container and add salt and sugar. Mix well.
- 2
Step 2

Then add the dry yeast. Mix and place in a warm spot.
- 3
Step 3

The yeast will dissolve and start working—rising with a foamy cap.
- 4
Step 4

Sift the flour into a bowl. But not into the one where we will knead the dough. It might turn out that we won't need all the flour.
- 5
Step 5

Now add about 2/3 of the sifted flour to a bowl, along with the vegetable oil and dissolved yeast.
- 6
Step 6

And knead the dough, adding flour a little at a time. Place the dough onto the table and continue kneading for about 10 minutes. The dough should not stick to your hands.
- 7
Step 7

Grease the inner pot of the multicooker from the bottom to the top with vegetable oil and place the dough inside. Cover with a towel and let it rest for an hour or slightly longer. During this time, press down on the dough a couple of times.
- 8
Step 8

When the dough rises for the third time, turn on the "Baking" mode and set the timer for 50 minutes. Close the lid of the multicooker.
- 9
Step 9

After 50 minutes, take out the bread.
- 10
Step 10

Flip it over and place it back into the multicooker to bake for another 15 minutes in the same mode.
- 11
Step 11

Remove the bread from the multicooker and place it to cool.
