
Vegetarian goulash
Description
Goulash can be served as a soup with plenty of sauce, or as a side dish or main course. During cooking, be sure to add vegetables, mushrooms, spices, and garlic. You can serve goulash not only during fasting periods, but at any time. Add a couple of bread slices to your plate of goulash—I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Rinse the mushrooms and dry them, then cut the mushrooms into large cubes.

Peel and rinse the onion and carrots. Cut the vegetables into medium pieces.

Cut the sweet pepper into cubes and cut the tomato into small pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil, add all the vegetables. Fry for 12-15 minutes, stirring. Add spices to taste.

Pour water into the frying pan. Simmer the vegetables for 15 minutes.

Add the tomato to the pan, cook for another 30 minutes covered over low heat. Serve the goulash hot.
