    1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash and peel the vegetables. You can use not only one type of mushrooms, but a mixture—I took some mushrooms and some boletus, as they are very aromatic. Use those available in your region. Even dried mushrooms will work, but they need to be soaked for about 2 hours before cooking.

    2. Place the washed and prepared mushrooms in a liter of clean water and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add salt to the water.

Initially set the temperature to 250 degrees to bring the kulesh to a boil, then reduce it to 150–160 degrees so it simmers gently without boiling. Adjust the temperature according to your oven.
