Vegan dessert
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In this recipe, green lentils serve as the base for brownies, but they can easily be replaced with cooked white beans—their flavor will be masked by chocolate and nuts, and no one will notice your secret ingredient! My daughter doesn't like legumes (although we all know how healthy they are), and this dessert works perfectly: she happily eats the chocolate treat without even suspecting it contains legumes! Give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
