Vegan apple muffins
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. If you don't have a way to grind the oat flakes, you can use them whole. However, in this case, the muffins will rise less during baking, so you'll need to fill the molds to the very top. Also, when using whole flakes, let them soak in the juice for a while. To do this, pour juice over them and let sit for at least 10 minutes. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
