
Vegan pastries with cabbage and herbs
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. Cabbage rolls are tender, with a crispy thin crust, super delicious. You just can't stop eating them! The tastiest snack for a picnic or dinner. Very tasty soft dough and juicy filling. These buns will disappear instantly. By the way, you can use any filling. Serve with tea or coffee.

Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, and finely chop the onion. Simmer the vegetables under a lid until cooked, remembering to season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped herbs to the cooked vegetables, and let the filling cool.

Pour vegetable oil and warm water into the flour. Add salt and knead an elastic dough, which, by the way, doesn't stick to hands at all. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes, then divide into 12–15 pieces.

Roll out each piece of dough as thinly as possible, until it becomes almost transparent. Place a small amount of filling on the edge of the flatbread, fold in the edges, and roll it up into a tube.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the pastries at 180 degrees for 30–40 minutes.
