Description

Vegan buns are very easy to make. Instead of fresh yeast you can use dry yeast. Add it directly to the flour. You will need 7–8 grams of such yeast. If you have not dealt with yeast dough before, the recipe provides a description of each step. Vegan buns are no worse than rich buns. They are very hard to distinguish. The homemade pastry turns out fluffy, soft, tasty, crunchy on the outside and soft inside. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.

    Take all the ingredients for preparing Lenten buns.

    In a bowl or the mixer’s bowl, add sifted flour, salt, vanilla sugar, and 3–4 tablespoons of sugar.

    Pour in the refined sunflower oil.

    Dissolve fresh yeast in warm water and pour it into the bowl.

    Knead a soft and elastic dough.

    After that, knead the dough and divide it into 6–7 pieces.

    Place the buns on a baking sheet and let them stand in a warm place for 25–30 minutes. Then brush them with strong sweet tea and bake in the oven for 35–40 minutes at 175–180 °C.
