Description
The recipe won't take much time. This is an amazingly simple recipe for fried vegetarian buns that will come in handy more than once. The filling can be not only cabbage, but any other to your taste, including sweet fillings. These buns make a great snack for a large group. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Slightly warm a glass of water and dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Mix well, then add a little flour. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

2. Meanwhile, sift the flour with salt. Pour the sponge into the flour and add the vegetable oil. Knead the dough, but not too stiff. Cover with a towel and let it rest for about 1 hour.
