Vegan yeast pancakes
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. We usually make pancakes with kefir or milk, but during fasting periods, you can make them with water. Thanks to the yeast, they will be fluffy. By the way, you can also add dried fruits or apples to the dough when making these yeast-based fasting pancakes—they turn out very tasty.
