
Vegan croissants
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. There can be many filling variations. I have a winter preparation of pears and apples, moderately sweet; you can also use berries. It's important that the filling is thick and doesn't leak out during baking. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients.

Put sugar and honey into the bowl.

Pour in the butter and vanilla tincture. Mix everything.

Next, add the flour and the soda neutralized with lemon juice.

Mix everything. Add 2 spoons of warm water and knead the dough.

Roll out the soft and elastic dough and sprinkle it with cinnamon. Then cut the dough into pieces, as shown in the photo.

Place the fruit filling on the wide side and roll the croissants.

Place the croissants on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 180‑190 °C for about 20‑25 minutes.

The vegan croissants are ready. Sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve.
