Lenten pike cutlets
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It is simple to make and has a pleasant taste. Although you'll have to spend a bit of time preparing the fish, it's definitely worth it. Even children will happily eat these patties. For those observing fasting periods and considering menu options for fish days, I highly recommend noting down this recipe. Lean pike is ideal for making these fasting patties. Despite the fact that we'll be preparing them without bacon, eggs, milk, or butter, the patties will turn out tender, juicy, and very delicious. The finished dish is ready to be served.
