
Lenten French Rolls
Description
Dry yeast is needed to prepare yeast dough. If you are used to kneading it with fresh yeast, then you can use that instead. Before baking, you can confidently sprinkle the buns on top with sesame seeds or poppy seeds, so the pastry will look even more attractive. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour warm water into a bowl, add salt and sugar. Add yeast.

Mix and pour in the vegetable oil.

Add premium flour.

Knead the dough by hand.

Leave it in a warm place for an hour, and be sure to cover the bowl with a towel.

Punch down the dough and divide it into equal-sized pieces.
