Pour warm water into a bowl. Add the salt and sugar. Whisk until everything has dissolved.

Sift the wheat flour into a bowl.

Mix the dough with a whisk. It should have the consistency of pancake batter.

Add baking soda to the dough. Mix everything again again.

Then gradually pour boiling water into the bowl, stirring the dough at the same time.

At the end, pour in the vegetable oil. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Heat the pan well and lightly grease it with vegetable oil. Pour in enough batter to spread evenly in a thin layer across the pan. Cook until golden brown.
