Vegan dough for buns
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. These buns are suitable for those who avoid animal products or are observing a fast. This dough contains no sugar, but you can make the buns sweet by filling them with sweet fillings, so there are plenty of options. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl, mix both types of flour and salt. Then add the vegetable oil and begin kneading the dough.

Step 2

Heat the water to a temperature that feels comfortable to your hands. Gradually start pouring the water into the dough. Knead it with your hands, slowly adding water and adjusting the amount as needed. The dough should become soft and smooth.

Step 3

Divide the dough into 6 parts and start rolling them out into thin layers. Then cut out round shapes for the pie bases.

Step 4

For the filling, I use beets blended with almond butter and sunflower seeds. I place the filling on one piece of dough and cover it with the second piece (I don't seal the edges).

Step 5

Bake these buns at 180 degrees for 25 minutes. Before baking, brush them with vegetable oil.
