Description

It pairs perfectly with tea and coffee. A sweet dessert can be not only tasty but also healthy if you add ground walnuts to the cake batter. Serve the treat preferably chilled, with hot tea or coffee. If desired, you can insert half a walnut kernel into the dessert. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    Prepare the listed ingredients. Purchase regular lenten cookies.

    Place the walnut kernels into the blender jar, grind them into a fine crumb for about 3–5 minutes.

    Break the cookies into several pieces, add them to the container with the nut crumble.

    Process for another 3–5 minutes, so that no large pieces remain in the mixture.

    Transfer the prepared crumbs into a deep container, add the boiled condensed milk there as well. Gently mix everything and let it sit for 20 minutes so that the cookie crumbs slightly swell.

    Sprinkle cocoa powder onto a plate, wet your hands with water and shape a small sausage from the sweet mass. Coat it with cocoa powder on all sides.
