Vegan liquid dough
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. To make a lean liquid batter, it's not necessary to add dried fruits or candied peel. I added them because I was using the batter for cupcakes. To ensure the batter rises well and isn't dense inside, be sure to include baking soda that has been neutralized with an acid. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 2

Prepare the dough: mix the juice (it should be at room temperature, or better - warm), oil, then add salt and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Then add vanilla extract to the liquid mixture, sift in the flour, and knead the dough. The consistency should be liquid, like sour cream. You can add dried fruits to taste. Don't forget to add baking soda (make sure to pre-neutralize it).

Step 3

From this liquid batter, you get excellent muffins: grease the molds with vegetable oil and fill them two-thirds full with the batter. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
