This pastry is made from the simplest and most affordable ingredients that can always be found in the refrigerator. You can use either store-bought filling or make it yourself. Just take your favorite vegetables, peel them, finely chop them, and fry them in a pan. If you want to delight your loved ones with delicious homemade pastries, be sure to make samsa with vegetables. It can be served with tea or coffee.
