Vegan Gingerbread Cake in a Multicooker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. To make the gingerbread more aromatic and flavorful, add more spices: a pinch of cinnamon, coriander, or even nutmeg will make it even tastier. If you want to make a festive version of the fasting gingerbread in a Panasonic multicooker, add raisins, nuts, or dried fruits. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Step 2

First, dissolve the sugar in a glass of warm water, add sunflower oil and honey, and mix well. Also mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, vanilla sugar, and baking powder.

Step 3

Then mix the liquid mixture with the dry ingredients thoroughly to avoid lumps; the batter should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Optionally, you can add raisins and nuts. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, pour in the batter. Set the "Baking" mode for one hour and close the lid.
